Change Direct debit details

    Hi,
    How can I change my direct debit details from one bank to another.

    Hi corman007,

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    If you have Electric Ireland Online Billing, you can change your direct debit details via this.

    If you do not have Online Billing, you can change your direct debit details by completing this form which will over-write the existing bank details on your account.

    Should you have a bill due for collection shortly, we need to advise that your updated bank details may not be on your account in time for the bill.
