No. I've the same problems. They don't want any new members tbh.

Why would you want biker.ie when you've got us,more knowledgeable, better looking, wittier etc etc.:)

I signed up there 8 years ago and ever went back, no motorcycle until recently. Managed to guess the password but never got any reminder emails.

Absolutely no idea. It's their site they can do what they like. There's enough alternatives out there nowadays anyway. I'm not prepared to jump through hoops to get on a forum!

I've lost interest in that forum.

Ha! I still have an account. Who wants to trade?

I'll start the bidding at one Panigale V4, cooking spec.

    Do I have a V4 S?

Check your junk mail or spam folder. I had the same problem and then found everything in there.

I joined up there years ago and started posting several years later. Got a reasonable level of connection with a few site members then, for no reason I could see, some areshole of a mod took a dislike to me and I got booted. I already knew the admin was an area sole, as he was in the habit of 'modifying' posts for his own amusement.
Of course, I joined up again (as you do) just to keep an eye on it, and while it's ticking along, it seems to be dying slowly. Perhaps the penny will finally drop, that if they piss off or boot members for non-existent infractions, they will just drive people away.
Apart from that, there are a few members who are really helpful, so it's not all bad or useless.

I think facebook groups killed the motorcycle forums. Boards will last longer as it's just a small part of a bigger forum.
Just looking at the general forum on biker, at the top you have 4 sub forums along with a description taking up loads of room and then 10 sticky threads. It's hard to lay out a message board worse!
I like reddits motorcycle forums, loads of them to choose from.
