Pay Pal Linking to Debit Card

I've just linked my Ulsterbank Debit card to my Pay Pal account.

I had to agree some sort of mandate with the Ulsterbank. I dont really know what I'm doing TBH.

Will Pay Pal charge me a fee for using them to buy goods on line?

    Thanks

You agreed that everytime you pay with PayPal, they will take the amount from your bank account.

As buyer you don't usually pay fees, the seller does.

Some private sellers may ask you to cover fees but they are not supposed to. It's usually 3,5% of the transaction.
