Property research sites for Dublin?

    Hello,

    My family and I are thinking of moving from Auckland, New Zealand to Dublin. In Auckland, a popular site used to research properties and locations is relab[dot]co[dot]nz. It provides information such as:

    - Flood risk.
    - Crime rates.
    - School zoning.
    - Council evaluation.
    - Sales history for the property.
    - Sales history for properties in the area.
    - Proximity to rail or power lines.

    For example, relab[dot]co[dot]nz/property/c3RyZWV0MTExNTY3OQ2/101LandscapeRoadMountEden

    Does such a site existing for Dublin? If not, are there sites that provide a subset of the information?
