do RTB issue refunds.....

    to keep a long story short.....

    I had a new tenant moving into my property, deal was done so i registered her on the RTB site for the tenancy but now i can not get in contact with the her for the last 4 days, looks like she changed her mind or something and wont take my calls or answer my texts....

    Can or do the RTB issue refunds in cases like this does anyone know?

    Why did you register before they moved in. Did they hand over money yet?

    I believe you can rename the people in a tenancy to whoever does move in.
