Technical error when signing in via mobile - 503

I get a 503 service unavailable error when trying to sign in via mobile. This happened previously and in each case, my significant other signed in with her account previously. Therefore, there's some issue going on related to that. I can sign in without issue on desktop/laptop. How do I resolve?

All versions of the site use the same login - could you clear cache/cookies and try again.
