Hi, I have a mk7 golf highline and looking to replace the tail lights with the LED ones. All i can find online is youtube videos of switching to led lights on a US golf and coding is required, this could be due to them not using the amber turn signals. Does anyone know if i get new led lights can i simply switch them in…

Does anyone know if i get new led lights can i simply switch them in without any additional wiring or coding? Do I need a wire harness? Could i even upgrade to the very new matrix turn signal lights?
