Bent gate ground pin

    Ground pin of house gate has been bent recently due to a trailer catching gate. Any tips for straightening pin in situ - cannot remove from gate. It is about 2 inches out of position at the end.

    Any of the people who make and hang gates or a local Eng/welding shop should be able to sort it out for you.
    They usually have Acetylene Bottles and can call to you heat it in place and knock it back into shape.
