Running backpack to also carry spare shoes

I want to get a decent running backpack that could take my runners in them, I usually do brick sessions (cycle, run, cycle) so need to stow my cycling shoes or runners in them. I quite like the Osprey Duro 15, but can't see them in stores near where I am so have to go on what I see online. Any recommendations?

Seems super pricey. Might be worthwhile taking a look at Deuter on Wiggle. I've been running, cycling (and some skiing) with a Deuter 10L race pack for around 5 years. It's looking a little shabby now, but functionally is as good as new. If it fails, I'll buy another one straight away. If you want to carry shoes and a hydration pack, then a 15L might be a better fit.

+1 on Deuter, been using a Deuter Speed Lite 10 (May be same as Krustys?) for run commuting to and from work and its been absolutely brilliant. Straps are grand, material feels great and ive used it in the rain too. Id definitely go bigger as you wouldnt fit shoes in this one.

Oh cool feedback, thanks. Yeah the Osprey is quite pricey, need one that supports long distance (25-35km) runs with long cycles. So that means places for water, shoes and all the other accessories!

doesn't have a built in raincover but you could but one for a few euro

it's good for running but not designed for cycling so would be uncomfortable over long cycles. I have one and it's great for running tho.

this one seems to have a cycling design and is well-reviewed on amazon (18l). shoudl be fine for running also
