Bench Warrants?

How does it work if you have 2 different bench warrants from 2 different courts - one in Dublin and one down the country.

This is from a crazy few months I had and just couldn't cope with things but am OK now and am getting this sorted out. I am going to the Garda station first thing tomorrow and will go to court in Dublin then but not sure what will happen about the other warrant. That was for not turning up for a hearing.

Do get a solicitor. You may be entitled to free legal aid.

If you can't arrange these things, at least go with a friend or family member for support.

They should be able to execute the 2 warrants at once. Then they'll give you new dates for each case. They usually remanded back to the court that issued the warrant.

Phone your local Garda station first and tell them you want to get your bench warrants sorted. Arrange to call to your local station on the morning of the next court date to have them executed. They will be executed together.
