Repairing chip on white steel bath, and scratch on radiator

I have a tiny black speck on my white enamel steel bath which I imagine happened after something fell in it, plus I have a few white radiators with scratches on them. Is this what I'm looking for to repair them? https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0046QJ69K/

I used a product a couple of times with satisfactory results, but it was well over 10 years ago and I have no idea how well it lasted.
It was packaged the same as this one, but I cannot remember the brand name, if thats any help.
