I got a problem on my laptop, I updated my Outlook from 2003 to 2016, I transferred data to new Outlook and always was fine. But today I've entered my Outlook and I couldn't find my contacts. I launched ScanPST to fix outlook data, but even a one contact didn't get back.

Did you have your contacts in Outlook 2016 at all? Or have they been missing since the transfer?

If you have had them in Outlook 2016, then I would presume that the upgrade from 2003 to 2016 versions has nothing to do with your problem.

What email account are you using? IMAP? Is it an account for work?
