Water supply poor

    Can Irish Water expalain to me why my water supply is poor. I live on O'Connell Ave in Limeirck. I have had to set up an external system to pump water to my tank in the attic because I cannot rely on the water pressure in the main to pump the water to my attic. I have spoken to a number of my neighbour and they have the same issue. Draining the tank in attic leads to air lock issues which are not easy to resolve.Can Irish water explain why my pressure is not sufficently constant to feed my tank.
