White Privilege in NHS

    In a predominantly white country,

    Why is it that such a big is being made about so called White Privilege?

    If it is such a problem working among White People, then it might be an idea to try somewhere that most of the population are Not white?

    If you look at the staff of the nhs you will see that they are predominantly not white. Especially in large cities such as London and Birmingham. Yet it is the white people that reach the top levels. That’s the issue.

    Bet a lot of them are men too. The neck of them white male bastards making it to the top.

    Such trivial crap. The other races just need to up their game. Obama was black. Got a bit higher than management level in the NHS.

    Why you'd want a management job in an organisation like that is beyond me anyway. Head would be wrecked wouldn't do it for any money.

    But if you looked at it 20-30 years ago, would a lot more have been white (e.g. the people now in senior positions)? I don't have a clue as to the answers there, but it might be a reasonable explanation to some extent.
