Ford Focus - 04 - Looking for Radio code to unlock

    Hi All,
    I have Ford focus 04 - with a Car radio : 6000 cd type : It got serviced a month ago and the radio got locked I guess as it is asking for a code everytime. Browsing the internet I 've tried to see unlock code but I think I got all wrong till now.
    Here are details that i see when I press 1 and 6 simultaneously on the Sterio.
    MGP DJ5 
    4-02
    04 03 00 cd.
    Can any one help in getting me the code to unlock please ?
