Not earning xbox achievements retrospectively ?

Hi folks, Got back into xbox gaming 2 weeks ago. Used my old 360 account, and started playing a few games. Last night I activated xbox live, and noticed that I haven't earned any achievements. For instance "win your first race" on Forza 7. Do I have to delete my Forza save game and start again to get these ? same for Call…
