If you could pick a GP to go to next year, considering the factors of good racing, good track entertainment, as will have the wife who is not mad into f1, close hotels, camping is going to be out, basically looking for a good weekend away that includes the racing for me and a hotel getaway with entertainment for her. I'm thinking of the US gp myself, but maybe you guys have experienced somewhere else. I think any where Asian is out as I don't eat the food will end up surviving on McDonald's

Asian food is far nicer than the slop that's called Asian food here, I've even had Asians say this to me, but if you're not into it, so be it. I've threaten to go to a gp for years, still haven't, so can't recommend. whatever you chose, enjoy

Definititly the American GP. They do have concerts there as well. No idea who will be playing there next year do or when they know.
The Baku GP is supposed to be a good one to go too as well.
You could go to the French GP next year or maybe the Hungarian one either. Lots of choice.

    Live long and Prosper

    Peace and long life.

I've been to Monza and Albert Park. Both were great weekends, the amount of support races in Albert Park means there is action all weekend. V8 Supercars, GT cars, military flyovers etc it is more of a "show" and very enjoyable.
Monza however was a magical experience. Walking through the forest to the track, hearing the roar of the GP2 engines echoing through the trees, walking under the old banked part of the circuit, invading the track at the end and running to the podium. Totally different experience and both were very enjoyable. Its also relatively cheap to go to Monza!
I'm heading to Singapore in September and the missus is coming it looks to be one of the most accessible races for non hardcore fans. Fireworks, street circuit,  proximity to city, concerts etc
