Would anyone know of anyone in the north county Dublin area. Specifically Rush, Lusk or Skerries area that would have a Subsoiler and 4wd tractor that could break up the poor draining clay sub soil pan in my front garden of my new house. Soil has always been poor in this field and we built a house on it last year( in it sonce December) and the hardcore driveway is getting flooded when there is very heavy rain. The open Garden/ field is about half an acre. And I did approach one or two farmers in the area while the spring tillage was going on, but never had anyone come back to me. Probably too busy for my small job. I reckon it’s only about half hour work at tops.

White's Agri in Lusk might be able to put you in touch with someone, or at least tell you how to go about hiring one. http://whitesagri.ie/
