From past reads on here, the RTB does intervene in disputes between neighbours (homeowners) and tenants

This sounds like criminal damage, but getting it prosecuted may be difficult.

Not if you use a lot of superfluous punctuation in the complaint :pac: but otherwise it's worth a shot! Living not too far from some kn...…….. myself are you sure you want to aggravate them? Would it be easier and cheaper just to fix the wall?

Ha-ha-ha))) You made my day)) I totally refuse to fix the wall myself - it is a matter of a principle ---- loved your comment))) - spot on)))

Moderator: Not appropriate for Legal Discussion. Not much else to add, I'm afraid.

If you consider that you have a legal issue with a neighbour or landlord, seek out professional legal advice.
