Immersion not working

    Hey,

Just at the parents for a few days and they said the immersion isn't working. Took a look and its definitely not working on either the sink or bath setting.

Tried to reset it but there was no feedback from the button so it doesn't seem to be that.

Took a look underneath the cap and noticed a brown wire near the blue housing not connected? Would this be right? If not where should it be?

Just wanted to make sure before they go and get a new one installed. Thanks

The blue cap you see is a thermostat. You have a live (brown) wire going in & the wire that has come loose should be wired in the other side of the thermostat.

Thanks so much! It's working away now. Save the mother a few bob!

I was thinking it didn't make sense for the lose wire, just couldn't see where it'd go
