    Ive a site in mind 1km from my home house where i want to build a family home because my home house is inside the bypass last house b4 it local authority says not a hope because im classed as inside the town even doh my address isnt the town and not inside the town boundary please help im trying to build a house in the same parish as my home house .if a bypass is created does that set a new boundary for the town

    You need to start off by employing a Planning Consultant/Agent to view your case and see if you can fall into the criteria for a new one off build.
