Certificate of Conformity?

    Advice please.
    Just imported Toyota Estimate hybrid from Japan. Having real trouble registering it. Cannot the cert of conformity to show statistcal code/emissions which VRT inspection guys insists on.
    Japan office not offering it up (2nd car bought at auction) and I have a stand-off situation.
    Anyone know where I can find it?
