    Hi there,

Do the public have access to courts where juvenile defendants are protected by anonymity?

And would that include the stage where initial charges are being filed for example in the Dublin District Children’s Court

Would the juvenile defendant be behind a screen for instance?

I ask in general terms - please don't reference current events in case thread closed and I don't get answer!

    Thanks

No, the Children's Court is a special court that is held in camera.
