looking for summer job

hi i'm a 15 year old girl looking for a summer job in a racing yard. I have applied for a trainee jockey course in RACE. I don't have as much experience racing but i have been riding for 10 years cross country and showjumping. I don't mind doing normal yard work but I would like to gain experience grooming and leading up at race meetings. I am based in Dublin but will travel to Kildare or anywhere 30 minutes away. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Start with the ones that are closest to you, then send them all a one page resume with a cover letter. Be honest, tell them you will do any kind of work, offer to do a week unpaid trial. Trainers in my experience are salt of the earth people who are struggling to find staff. I think they would respond well to anyone who shows a bit of an initiative.

I doubt you have a car as you say you are 15 years old.
