Nearly ready to lay a new garden after preparing the ground. Any recommendations for where to buy/order lawn turf rolls? I'm based in Mayo.

How much area are we talking about? If it's small, if you have a homebase near by, they will have rolls (and if they are couple of days old, you might even get a reduction) that you can load up and take home and install. But definitly not worth the effort if it's a large area.

If the area is in any way exposed, wet, shady or likely to be frequented by kids or a dog I would recommend seeding it instead. At this time of year you'll have a perfectly decent lawn in a couple of months.

The type of grass used in lawn turf is very fine, looks great initially but unless it has optimum conditions it tends to struggle.
