New Triton T90SR

Just replaced my old Gainsborough Emerald 11 which was as silent running as a stone crusher with the new triton T90SR which is more like a humming bird. My problem is the heater isn't working. Is it possible that the abnormal safety cot -out may have been activated or is it something more straight forward.
