Hi can anyone tell me how to remove the trim strips on the four corners on bumpers on my 2007 Avensis, I would like to repair and repaint them.

They are clipped in in 8 places on each corner where the insert is pushed in, IIRC you can just pop them out, there’s no separate clips that break or anything, just tabs in the insert itself.
