Place I work in a bird chased a couple of swallows in the doorway yesterday morning has been stuck in here ever since. Keeps trying to get out through the clear panels on roof but won’t come down low enough to get back out of one the doors. It some kind of bird of prey maybe sparrow harwk, anyone got any suggestions how I can help it out, seen it eat something this morning maybe one of the swallows that lived here but has no source of water and the rest of the swallows left as soon as I opened up this morning

Others no doubt will have better suggestions but what about getting a toy mouse or something out of a petshop, tie a bit of fishing line around it and place it at an open exit door. Get someone to jiggle it about a bit so it looks like movement and the bird may come down for it. When it does it will be right by the exit and might just head on it's way from there. No idea if this will work but who knows. Best of luck.

In the past I found just leaving every door or window open for as long as possible eventually did the trick.

Just leave the window open I'm sure it will manage to eventually find its way out and fly off.
