Hi everyone, so I want to take out a loan for a car for approximately 15000 euro. I have 2500 saved up in my credit union account and I have a stable job with good income. Just wondering what are the chances of getting this loan approved? Do I need to have a regular saving pattern with the credit union cause I just lumped the 2500 in there in 2 payments.

The Credit Union was certainly known years ago that you would get a loan easily enough if you had a record of regularly saving with them...even a small amount every week. But lately they have been running an ad campaign of inviting people back to get a loan so once you have all the paper work for the loan and that you have pay slips showing your salary, they may offer you the loan.
Have you contacted them and asked about the criteria?
