Hello. I have been working in a school for 15 years, 5 years part time. Since I returned after part time, I have been mostly worn out, stressed, moany and stifled. My boss is ok, just a bit disconnected and unencouraging. Not that I dislike teaching. I have some great groups and then some tough ones. Were it not for an after school creative club I set up,I think id be very bored. These students are brilliant and I have very strong connections with them. Something compelled me to apply for another job in a school that is just setting up, it sounds like a more liberal ethos there. Now I have an interview coming up and Im sick with worry about leaving. And very sad about leaving my creative club. Should I stay or should I go?
