Renewing learner permit for third time

    Hi. I'm planning on renewing my learner permit for the third time. My second permit expires August 2018 and I had a test booked in November 2017 however I couldn't do it due to work and had to cancel last minute. I heard to get a two year extended permit you have to had sit the test in the past two years. Could I get that because I booked a test even though I didn't do it ? TIA.

    No, you will have to have proof you have sat and failed a test to get a 2 year permit.
    Otherwise, you will get a one year permit- but have to bring proof with you that you have applied for and are awaiting a test to get that.
