So ... we have a new puppy in the house - and are interested in getting information about flights to continental Europe with it.
note that this is not a move, but more of a return travel few weeks apart.
have couple of questions, hoping there are individuals that have gone through this experience and can share with me some information.
    - seen airfrance would be one of the companies that can be used - are there other ones as good for dog travels ?
    - puppy is a cross breed, and one of the breeds is listed on airfrance's site for sub-nosed dogs that need to get recommendation from the vet before flying in the cabin "include: Affenpinscher, Boston Terrier, Boxer (all breeds), Brussels Griffon, Bulldog (all breeds), Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Dogo (all breeds), Lhassa Apso, Mastiff (all breeds), Neapolitan Mastiff, Pekingese, Petit Brabançon, Pug (all breeds), Shar Pei, Shih Tzu, Spaniels (all breeds), Staffordshire Bull Terrier." - does anyone know what factors matter for this recommendation: is it the flight duration, altitude, age of the pet, other? or would the fact that puppy is not a pure breed on the list mean that such travel can be done with little or no problems ?
    - would appreciate info on what are the pre-requisites for the return to IRL (any vet certs/more vaccines - in case return travel would be more than 4 weeks away?)

    Thank you.

Sorry, I don't have any info on the actual flight but depending on what breeds are in your dog from that list, he/she may not be able to go to France. They have very strict laws on certain breeds and crosses of those breeds.

Returning to Ireland, the dog needs to be wormed between 24 and 120 hours before coming back in with a vet signing the passport to say that it's been done. Obviously up to date rabies vaccination done at least 21 days prior to travel with pet passport
