Irish Water Refund cheques - issue with address

    Hi All,

    Am still waiting 6 months + now for the cheque. 

    I have called Irish water ~7 times now over the months and am now at a dead end.
    Irish Water claim to have sent cheques previously but due to issues with the address but still nothing. Even giving a secondary address (my father's with eir code), they say they are still having issues with the address. They have made NO attempt to contact me over that time to check the address.

    Any ideas what I can do from here ?
