    Looking to hire a 7 seater for our hols in France. The Peugeot 5008 has come up as an option at a decent rate. If we were carrying 6 people, would we still have room for a large suitcase?

    I asked the guy at the rental company and he said yes, but I think he would have said anything to get the sale!:rolleyes:

    Go into any Peugeot garage and they'll have one on display.

    There is usually no guarantee you will get a Peug 5008 on the day, they usually tend to use a make/model as an example of the type/size of car you will get. You could end up in a Ford Galaxy, Citroen Grand Picasso or similar that is available on the day when they hand you the keys at the counter.

    I don't see any issue with your setup unless person sitting on 3rd row is tall and wide adult.

    Potential culprit would be a 7 seater model with a narrower middle seat in 2nd row if you are planning an adult to sit there or have three child seats planned to be put in 2nd row.
