Leak from roof

What sort of tradesperson do I call to fix it? A roofer? It's leaving a stain on my ceiling. The area isn't accessible from the attic. It seems that some roof tiles are loose also. The guy who roofed the house isn't available. TIA

You need a roofer. Once the roof is repair you can wait to see if the stain gets any worse. If not then you could remove the stained paint and repaint.
