    Do you have any idea what reception is like where you live? I got €1.50 rabbit ears from Dealz and put them behind the TV and it does the job perfectly for me. Though obviously the reception isn't the same everywhere so it may not be good enough for you.

    I have no idea what the reception in the house is like but for €1.50 or so your idea is well worth a shot.
