I have the 3 sided version of this. Very good TV, ambilight feature is cool and you can turn it off/ adjust the moods if you want. The software on it isn't the best but for the price and the quality of the picture (after some tweaking) it's a very good deal. Parcel motel will ship for 18 euro to your nearest depot too.

I see its out of stock on amazon. Argos uk had it similarly priced so using parcel motel works out just a little bit more. Still very good value though all things considered.

What is the two sided and three sided stuff about?

Ambilight is an LED strip on the back of the TV that projects whatever colour is at the edge on the screen onto the wall behind. It sounds ****, but actually can be very cool.

2 sided has LED strips on the sides, 3 sided has LED strips on the sides and the top.

I'd second the ambilight, have the 2 sided ~49" one and it's great the rare times we're sitting in to watch a movie 'properly'. The rest of the times it's grand and wouldn't be noticed that much.

I guess you'd disable it so. I had a two sided ambilight similar to this, I bought it last august, think it was mispriced in Argos at 409e which is a weird coincidence. Anyway, I used it for a while, but loaned it to a friend. When I asked for it back she asked if she could buy it off me for cost, I agreed because it was the week before black Friday and I figured I could get something good.

I got a Bravia for a little more money that on paper is miles better, but I miss ambilight a lot.

That is a good deal, 100€ or so less than Littlewoods.

The three sides dropped to £409 recently going by my camelcamel update, might be worth setting one up for the patient among you who want the three sided.

If you can get the 3 sided - pay the bit extra for it..
(My 2c worth is it’s worth it - I read same on a forum here last year & glad I took the advice)
