Hey, I have a pressing query that i was hoping someone could shed some light on for me. Are you in contravention of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1977/1984 if you consume cannabis? Not possess cannabis, just consume. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

There is no conviction for consumption, maybe depending on circumstances, obstruction of a peace officer. The MDA cannot be used for consumption.
