I got rid of Sky Q a few months back because i couldn't afford it any longer as i was made redundant. And today i bought a freesat box as i was told i could use it with the dish i got installed from Sky. But it doesn't work. Can anyone help me on this matter please?
    Thanks in advance.

You have to connect the cables that were connected to the sky box to this, including the cable from the dish. Then you need to install the channels by scanning sattelite feeds. I think its Astra that you want.

The SkyQ LNB on the dish isn't compatible with the Freesat box, it will have to be swapped over to a standard universal LNB
