Hi hope you might be able to help me. Where I live the water quality had got very bad. The water is now brown and gritty. I use a filter jug and if i wipe the top part with some tissue after water had gone through the tissue cones away dirty. Can we get the water in the area checked

    Hi Irish Water.
I live in Baldoyle in Fingal County Council. The water coming out of my kitchen cold tap is very discoloured. It was discoloured last night and again this morning. Can you check the water in the area?

    Hi LeeHK,

I am sorry to hear about that. We are not aware of any works that were ongoing in your area that may have caused this.

Have you tried to run the cold kitchen tap for 15 - 20 minutes continuously to try resolve this issue? If you have and the issue is still ongoing would you mind sending us a PM with the below details so that we can investigate?

    Kind regards,
    Aaron.
