Cheque Query

Hi there, I've just got off the phone to one of your agents who hasnt helped me in the slightest. Im currently living at a rented address where i paid the first batch of water charges. Ive not yet recieved a Cheque for this refund even though the agent says its been sent to the address. They could see it hasnt been cashed…

Hi there,

I've just got off the phone to one of your agents who hasnt helped me in the slightest.
Im currently living at a rented address where i paid the first batch of water charges. Ive not yet recieved a Cheque for this refund even though the agent says its been sent to the address. They could see it hasnt been cashed out on but could not cancel it over the phone for me and rreissue another one.

Who do i have to contact to get this sorted? any help appreciated. this seems to be the best way to get your attention.
