Fibre Broadband new customer - Connection Charge?

Looking to get in the Eir Fibre Broadband to the home, but notice the connection charge of €99. Had one of your teams call to the house before when it 1st came available in the area, but mentioned there would be no charge as part of the promo. Is it still possible to order without this fee?

Hi sudo911,

The free installation of Fibre was an introductory offer. This offer has now expired therefore all customers availing of a new installation would be required to pay this.
