I was using a HTC ONE M8s on Tesco mobile problem free for the last 3 years ,I recent purchased a brand new HTC One M9 from a uk ebay seller and have a hole heap of weird problems!

I got a sim upgrade from Tesco hoping it would solve the problem but when it didn’t I sent the phone back thinking phone was the issue.

I then purchased another brand new M9 (from a different uk ebay seller) and have same issues!

    1) Poor mobile date .16 upload speed and rarely better.

    2) When phone is switched on it takes a full 7 minutes to get to the home screen. Its spends an age loading with a msg saying “ loading android app 1 of 1!

    3) Poor mobile coverage. Its in and out in areas where it was steady before.

I have been on to Tesco customer care countless time and double checked APN settings etc but they are clueless.

Anyone ever have a problem like this? Could it be the phones somehow?

Only one model of M9 (two sizes) which has full compatibility. Should work fine here. Older system but the 810 was no slouch, if a bit hot.

Are they running branded firmware? I'd clean flash your own copy of the OS to make sure its totally clean.
