Allotment Capital Gains?

To make a long story short....there's 12 houses in my estate and we have a co-owner field at the back....I suppose they could be called allotments. So my question is if the whole field is sold for 55k.....Will Capital Gains have to be paid. 55k divided between 12houses. I'm hoping not to sell as I'm thinking that there…
