Don't think there's really any 'exclusive' areas in Navan, Boyne road maybe.

I would say Boyne road/ Johnstown village specifically Carne Wood estate.

    Outside of Navan Skryne/Tara.

Recently was looking to put our house up for sale and 3 estate agents who valued our home mentioned Johnstown Village being one of the most desirable areas.

I'd say Carne Wood is probably firmly at the top.
