Looking at krone mowers but trying to see if i can get what the differences.
Looking at am203 s compared to amr200. I was told the am203 s is an older model and the amr200 is newer but this is from a sales man so looking for opinions if anybody has them.
    I would appreciate any thoughts.

Turns out the amr200 is the new improved version. Just an upgraded model. As with the older model all gears and no belts.

Off topic but I know the krone ECR280 is €9750 inc Vat. Mower stocks are supposedly getting low in farmhand

6850 for the amr200 and i think 8400 or 8500 for the older model if that makes sense. Look like fine machines

Just came across this thread now. Currently running two krone mowers both non conditioner mowers. One is a AM 243s (2012) and the other is an easy cut 280 (2015). Currently thinking of upgrading the smaller mower for a 10ft. Just wondering will I stick with krone or look at other brands also ?

It's down to your own preference really but depends on what service the krone mowers have given ya.

Do ya get on ok with out conditioners on your mowers? Seems to be a requirement around here

The majority of farmers tedd the grass after mowing and don’t mind whether it’s a conditioner mower or not. Krone never gave trouble and always left a clean cut. Thought the beds are a small bit soft. I’d like to try out the McHale mower, but I don’t know anyone running them

Does the mchale have quick release blades? Wouldn’t touch a mower without it myself. Class seem to be popular round us
