    1. I have yet to receive my Irish Water refund. How do I follow up on this?

    2. How do follow up on a complaint that I had previously contacted you about?

    3. How can I report a blocked Storm Drain?

    You can report a blocked storm drain to the Roads and Drainage Department of your Local Authority who is responsible for the maintenance of this infrastructure.

    Irish Water is responsible for the maintenance of the public water and wastewater infrastructure, which storm drains are not part of.
