Aparthotels In Europe - Recommendations

Hi.
I'm just wondering if anybody has any recommendation for decent aparthotels in Europe (if this is the correct description of them) - essentially hotels that have apartments as well as hotel rooms and allow use of the hotel facilities.

We have a 16 month old daughter so hotel rooms are ruled out for us for the moment as we need the second bedroom and kitchen facilities for the little one.

Researching at the moment and trying to find somewhere decent for late September/early October somewhere in Europe (not set on anywhere in particular but not Ireland or Uk as we want somewhere that has a decent chance of some sun).

Europe is a big spot, but just going from my own experience, we stayed in The Hotel Pestana Caiscais, about a 30 minute train ride from lisbon in portugal - its a lovely area. The pool is unheated though.

Great for children - and its not right in the center but still near enough to stroll into the hub of the town each evening...Its right alongside a large shopping center..

H10 Mediterranean Village in Cap Salou. Short-ish flight to Reus, or fly to Barcelona and rent a car for the ~90-min drive - we find the bcn flights are better times for little ones and the difference in fares generally cover the car rental. It’ll be our third year this year cos it just works for us, it’s clean, the kids love the club/mini-disco, we can go half-board with two coeliacs, the pool is great for kids with short slides a 5yo can manage themselves, the adult (me!) just needs to wait at the bottom, also has sloped entry with fountains for the toddlers.
