From googling the picture it looks like a CLIFFORD CZ57RRKR remote fob. No idea what the buttons are for outside of arm/disarm, probably remote start or something.

Some alarms have extra outputs which can just be wired to...well....everything that can be controlled with a relay really.
They may do nothing because the options aren't used.

Have you tried pushing any of them?

Had one on a Fiat Couple back in 1999. From what I recall, there were 3 buttons on the remote. One was for locking and unlocking the car. The other two were programmable for garage door/electric gates - I think more aimed at the US market.

It all depends on who wired the alarm in and to what it's set up for. On my old clifford fob key, one extra button would flash the high beams twice (finding it in carpark feature) and the other would start the engine remotely. So there is no definitive answer as they can be setup to do different things.

if it's a factory fitted alarm, then the owners handbook for the car would tell you

Thanks for your replies. I guess I need to find a quiet spot away from the neighbours and spend my day pushing buttons!

Usually lights on and windows/sunroof close and remote start
