Phone Book/Outlook Issue

    Something majorly amiss has happened to my phonebook at some point in time. Just went into it this evening, and some names are appearing 100+ times.

    Just signed into my outlook on my laptop, opened my contacts, and its the same there. Anyway I can clear these easily, and just get back to each persons name apearing the once, as it was before.

    Any ideas how this could have happened?
